They sprayed the wheels in situ.
Overspray on the brake disc might cause some interesting moments perhaps ??

Unless they are qualified mechanics they wont be insured to remove the wheels ... you’ll see this in a lot of high end details with the wheels left on the car ... personally, I think they should come off so that the calipers can be cleaned and the inner wheel treated ... just my 2p’s worth
