No (well, not that I know of, but I haven't looked) - I skilfully constructed mine from a hotel 'do not disturb, I am doing things' door dangly thing, some plane white paper, a black fibre tipped pen and some 'prit-stick' glue.
I am sure that a man of your engineering genius could knock-up something equally impressive Nick!

I've got a "I'm down the pub" one for the office doorhandle; I use it far too rarely these days, sadly.
