Heinz, are you able to tell us what driving is available on the Sat eve and Sunday and exactly what circuit?
Particularly whether 40 Euro for 30 mins is on the Nordshleife & GP circuit & whether there is a limit to laps? It looks like on Sunday the track is only open to this event and not the public, is that correct?

on saturday 17-july, there is VLN-longdistance-cup on the nordschleife and no touristdrive . on sunday from 8am to 7pm everyone can drive on the nordschleife for 40 euro 30 min long. only in this conditions. after the open run for everyone the whole nordschleife will be closed AND ONLY THE PARTICIPANTS OF IMPORTFEVER MAKE A LAP; IN FRONT OF ALL ALL NSX;. we will have 2 points to stop on the nordschleife to make photos. (as 2008 ringfest) (the other cars from importfever are behind the flock of us)

On a sidenote, is anyone on the UK side bothering with Euro breakdown cover? If so, any recommendations?

just thinking the same thing , i think about £ 35 gets 5 day cover , prob worth it just in case !!!

Correct. I'll be there but might be quite late in the evening as I'm working all day and dont want to drive during commuting times so might leave the house at about 6pm.

Yes the extended warranty, as your car is under 8 years old you should be able to still get one.

IIRC they are slightly better than say a Fiat warranty
