Excellent work so far Sudesh.
It exceeds the high standard of work and attention to detail that I expected from you!

Fuel filler cap was slightly out and very tight to one side, it also wouldnt spring open when the handle was pulled.
So I loosen the 2 hex bolts slightly as it just takes small movements to get it right, I also adjust the spring slightly
Cap now opens like it should and not tight on the right side and nice gaps

I noticed a slight rustling noise and squeek coming from the the wiper motor area.
So I removed the top cowl assembly to get a better look
The noise was coming from a combination of old debris/bits of leaves etc, also the joints on the wiper motor arms were quite dry.

I cleared out any debris and greased the joints, and while I was there I polished up the area. I also noticed there was a yellow clip on the wrong way and one missing. So I turned it up the right was and from my spares added the missing clip. [cowl must have been off in the past]
All nice and clean and no more noises

Love it!
Your fault finding / solving ability is second to none Sudesh!
The quarter panel shots there show that the paintwork responded well to that machined coat of Meguiars liquid wax that I gave it. Nice reflective finish.
There are a few swirl marks that I need to machine out though!
Drive shaft boot inspection
Quite a bit of build up on the boot whuch is quite normal depending on the road conditions the car is used in.
In order for me to give the boot a good check I cleaned up the both inner and outer boots as much as possible for a good visual check

After the clean up it I gave them a good inspection and all were perfect!
After speaking to the owner we have decided to go with all the fluids flushed and fill.
So I started with the gearbox, drain plug removed. I like to let the transmission drain till it just dripping lightly, then I will flush the transmission with the Honda MTF3
Fill plug and drain plug now removed
