I don't know about UK based sources, but here are some US based ones:

    RP motorsports - $2042

    Dali Racing - $2160

    SoS - $2460

I would guess from memory at around $200 shipping from US to UK on a set of wheels.

if you get hit for customs charges (50/50 chance on USPS, almost guaranteed if using BAX or FedEx) you're looking at duty at 10% of the combined value of goods plus shipping, and then VAT at 17.5% of the total including duty.

    good luck

oh, by the way, Volk have more orders than they can cope with and the word on the US forums is that lead times are stretching to 6 months on these.

    Hi every body

i have a question about the rear tyres

    275 its not too much?

    255 is good non?

    thanks you

255 is ok on oem wheels but not sure about 275 - 275 can be fine but you might need a different offset to get away with it.
the main effect of upsizing in this way (in isolation from any other changes) is to reduce oversteer.

the best place for questions of this nature is the 'Tires & Wheels' section at NSXPrime here

remember that every extra bit of width you add will also add height unless you choose a lower profile at the same time - this will result in slower acceleration and a higher speed at any given rpm as well as making a difference to the relationship between the speed travelled and the speed indicated on the speedometer.

try the java tool at miata.net to experiment with different sizes before making any decisions

compared to a stock size (245/40/17) a 255/40 will be 7.6mm taller and you would be travelling 1.3% faster at any given rpm (or speedometer reading)

likewise, a 275/40 would be 25mm taller and 3.8% faster

however a 275/35 would be 2.5mm lower and 0.6% slower
