Looks good with the black roof, very sleek.
If you are happy with the finish of the vinyl I would leave it on, one it protects the paint and two, if you ever do sell it, it is still oem underneath!

Just let me know when your selling!

Good experiment, much better than painting it then hating the result. The problem with the wrap is that you will never get anything like the depth of shine like proper paint so think of it as a temporary measure.

Sorry to be a descenter but I much prefer the single body colour. The black roof looks OK but kind of retro. The later cars particularly the facelifts look more modern in solid colour.

I'd stick with the wrap for a while until you decide you love it or the novelty wears off then either remove it for paint or leave red.

    Cheers

What's so good about looking more modern? It's "of it's era", like an F40 or Countach.
If you try and make it match current trends you always end up chasing the next part of the design the doesn't fit.
Here's to high profile tyres and orange indicators.

You'll have us all reverting to our cassette players next

I'm with you on the orange indicator lenses though, soo much nicer than anodyne clear ones. Lexus has a lot to answer for with that unfortunate trend

    Cheers

I agree with you, that car looks good in that colour scheme, but it's a very different profile to the NSX.I prefere the facelifted cars in one colour.
