Thread: Trustworthy & knowledgeable NSX specialists in the south?

  1. #1

Question Trustworthy & knowledgeable NSX specialists in the south?

Is there anywhere in the south --apart from Kaz-- that both knows NSXs well and is can be trusted?

I'm keen to get mine running as my everyday car; it has a couple of little niggles to look at and sort, and I'm just too crazy busy at the moment to do it myself. Unfortunately, Kaz is booked up until late March!

    Thanks for any suggestions.

    Where are you based?
Do you know what work your car needs or are you looking for a kind of health check first then work or servicing?

If you want Honda stamps, Norton Way comes well recommended by a few on here.

Or a little further south and if you'rer not fussed about dealer stamps, contact Plans Motorsports at Dunsfold http://www.plansmotorsport.com/workshop/

Not just basic servicing - I need an annoying little noise diagnosing +/- fixing, and ideally a quick health check of the rear suspension.

A full health check can wait until Kaz is available

ETA: I'd found Plans, but it's good to know they're decent. Norton Way Honda would be wonderful, as they're all of 10 miles from me, but are they up to diagnostics?

Yes, speak to Brian the Service manager. He's been involved with the NSX since it was launched and has two very qualified NSX trained engineers. They'll find it I'm sure. If you mention the forum they will usually provide you with a discount as well

Thanks for the advice. Dropped her off this morning.

Definitely reassuring to find an NSX already in the car park, and another in the workshop!
