This car didnt have the factory CD player installed, the owner wanted a changer installed that would work with the OEM head unit so I chose an Alpine changer.

So I installed the OEM CD cable as this car didnt have one.

I installed the CD changer in a similar location as per the OEM changer and used to original mounting position with a few mods in behind to secure it. This changer is smaller than OEM so fitted quite nicely in position.

Everything displays correctly on the head unit and works as per OEM spec.

    Hi Sudesh,

Its coming along nicely. Loved the interior makeover, not so keen on the gold calipers, personally think satin black would be more in keeping with the color of that NSX.

You could the owner one other little job if you have time .... rectify the Euro-Smile of the rear plate surround.

Having completed a number of the jobs you've done I know how satisfying the end results can be. Nice work and thanx for recording the process'

Sudesh great job on the cats I,ve done this a couple of times. Honda sells the actual studs for the cats, they are really good as they have splines and stay in place.

    Cheers,

Thanks guys! Paul I didn’t have time to do the Euro smile, after doing all the coolant hoses and engine bay detail and under the bonnet detail, then had to do the body work, I didn’t have as much time I would have liked to do the body work as I wanted to do some paint correction at the same time.

But anyway, I started the process by washing down the car, I used slightly more concentrated detergent to get rid of allot of contaminants,

After that I chamois down the car and used a clay bar which is great at removing ground in dirt and other every day contaminants. When I finished the clay bar process I used MEGUIARS “ Paint Cleaner” followed by AutoGlym polish and then MEGUIARS NXT Tech Wax for the finished result. Took me about 8hrs.

    Hi Sudesh,

Time well spent, good results, rewarding for you, and I'm sure a treat for the new owner to collect.

Time to get started on that old red one lurking in the corner
