    The tools can be easily made; an old tubular box spanner, cut down with a 19mm AF nut braised to it and an equally old screwdriver with a thumb wheel braised to it.
    See attached photo;
    The box spanner was an old imperial one but could have been metric; needs to fit a 10mm AF bolt head, overall length including nut 115mm.
    The screwdriver started life as the shaft from one of those horrible reversible flat/cross point screwdrivers, overall length including thumb wheel 130mm.
