Thumbs down and we thought HUK was taking the pi$$ with prices

    just saw this ... RAFLMO!

i know scrap dealers etc have a tendency to undercut by the % game on new parts prices, but this is taking it to extreme. His/her description states that it has 'slight wear and tear'

made me laugh anyway ... see what you think

Looks like a targa engine cover (could be wrong), so couldn't be from a '91.

Correctemondo.... is that how the "word" is spelt?

They had a Charlotte Green Targa in the past so possibly from that? I got the throttle body off them a few years ago. In considerable better condition!!

HUK might be bad but I got a nasty surprise with North America prices. I need a few bits including the cabin air temperature aspirator assembly . As I am going to Orlando I checked prices on line . Not that much different to the HUK.

Nicjwin. Worth putting a wanted ad up as I think there may be the odd aspirator fan available second hand if you are happy with that. Or try Dirk, I'm sure he will sort you out and save you some money on second hand parts.

I don't believe they go wrong that often, what has happened to yours?

there are a few anomalies where HUK is cheaper (LMA's for example) but they are few and far between, but just enough of them that you have to check HUK pricing each time!

Some years ago I had a carbonfibre console put in with a new radio. Decided to go back to the original and found that the aspirator was not fitted at all and had disappeared. Also the ashtray . My fault for not checking all the parts in the boxes they gave me back.
Do we still get a discount with Norton Way as I ordered a new one for reliability. I would still like to find a relacement ashtray though.

Cleave motor salvage must be having a shed cleared out or something as 4 years ago they toldvp me there was nothing left of the car, and at that time they already and the car for a few years!

So they must be caring out and coming across bits.
