They only replace parts with brand new ones. For example, if a ball joint needs replacing, they replace the whole arm, not replace the ball joint. In my eyes a good specialist is more skilled as they actually restore and refurbish parts rather than just buy a brand new unit for £££

Yes they replace with new parts, but I would ask for the old parts to be put in the bag and put in the boot.

Any Refresh I Do, I include the old items, I don't need them laying round lol.

I also don't take loads of money up ftont and make people to Waite years for a service. Honda NSX approved don't even do this it!
