I have now had confirmation from the Holiday Inn of the booking procedure that you need to follow if you wish to take advantage of the group rate of £90.00 per night.

To book a room at the Holiday Inn, please ring the hotel directly on 01604 703010 and quote the group booking reference “Honda Allocation 24 & 25 July “. Please note that you will not be able to access this rate on the web or through Central reservations.
The rate per room is £90.00 per night which is payable at the time of booking by card, and non-refundable encase of cancellation.

The 30 room allocation will be released on 24 June 2015 – after this date any guests wishing to make a reservation will be offered the best rate at booking.
