Glad you like it Paul :)
I've owned it since Feb '11. The previous owner had initials SC, I have a set of plates with dodgy spacing that came with the car, but the whole plate thing is really not...

I saw that, just from the front. I had to have a look through the window at the interior to confirm the donor car, wished I hadn't :(

Thanks for sharing, Paul.
Looks interesting & I might be up for it. Any of the other SW chaps thinking of going?
The only times I ever go on PH are to read threads that have been linked from here.
Do they ever argue about colour choice?
I'm going to get one with a QR code that takes you to the NSX section of the PH classifieds. It'll save people having to come on here first.
Ah yes, they were an aftermarket accessory, available separately at extra cost :)
Congrats and welcome :)
My point was that it's his wanted ad and it's fair enough to state what he doesn't want, without getting into yet another debate about colour...
Presumably because he doesn't like red? He's not alone either...
I don't think people listened... :(
Two of the things I don't get about this forum:
1. A thread to discuss every car for sale advert, and
2. People arguing that the cars are not worth what they're being advertised for, even though...
I'm 6'4" and forgave (ie didn't notice) the lack of headroom on the test drive, but after a couple of hundred miles it literally did my head in. I'm sorted now thanks to some DIY on the seat, but it...
Great quote Nick, thanks for sharing.
But *cough* how tall is he?
As a Welsh exile, I would say 'desirable' :)
Thanks for the offer of refreshments, Richard. I might well be there a bit early. Are you coming to Japfest this time? Seemed a shame last year that...
On the one hand, it would be nice to meet up with the SE chaps and go in together, but on the other hand, it will be a lot of cars to find layby space for.
I don't mind going to 17 if that's...
Sounds good, how about:
:)
The title of this thread presents a major risk to its survival, imo - skim that, click on delete, move on
If you chaps would like to stop for a few minutes in the layby on the A46 north...
Shame :(
I liked it, and I seem to remember it had some interesting thoughts on the Evora from your visit to the Lotus centre, has all that gone too? :shakefist:
Anyway, back on topic, I'll...
Thanks again for organising and sorting the tickets Chris
What happened to the SW convoy thread (and indeed the regional meets area)? Was there a problem with it? :dunno:
Glad the sale went smoothly James, and congrats to the new owner :)
A DC5 though? We need to talk...
Where's Papa? How will we cope without the colour-coordinated synchronised parking marshal?
Article was OK, could have been a lot better, didn't really capture the appeal of the cars imho. Bit of a missed opportunity, but there you go.
I think part of the problem is that many aftermarket stereos look crass, and out of keeping with understated interiors - too much brushed chrome, blue LED lighting, and crap ergonomics.
I'd be...
