So sad to hear of this. However the good news is, Honda have said they are going to repair the vehicle and she should be back to its former glory in a few months.

Hi Simon, hope you're keeping well. Yes this is the car you saw at the Honda dealer in Coventry. I've had it so long now it feels like a member of the family i'm selling lol. Thanks I'll PM ChrisR.
After many months of trying to decide what to do. I have come to the decision of selling my NSX as I just don't drive her enough to justify keeping hold of her. Although the cost of ownership is...
I would like to suggest a Westfield as a perfect trackday car. It is quick enough, easy to maintain & parts are plentifull. But then I'm from Dudley so could be a little biased.
Sorry about that. They do have them listed on their website.:( Yes the Dunlops were handed.
Have you tried the Honda dealers especially the ones who were official NSX dealers. I managed to get a...
I was in a similar situation. However these guys have a stock of re040 front and rear specific to nsx. They are handed left/right so make sure they are put on correctly http://www.elitedirect.com/
I will try and describe the car as I saw it. But mods If you feel this is overstepping the mark then please feel free to delete.
I met the guy in town , I wasn't driving the nsx. Anyway I went...
Just wanted to say I have seen this car and met the owner.
The owner seems like a nice fellow.;)
Thanks guys for all the replys I think I'm probably going to go for it depending on what Scuderia systems say on monday. Oh and Matt I might just take you up on that offer :)
After hearing the Tubi on Matts' car last week. Its been bugging me as it sounds sooo good. Problem is I really dont want to change a nice oem spec car thats got a Honda warranty. But it sounds so...
Ok i'm not a guy who normally does the traffic lights drag race thing.
However I got similar attitude from a guy in an M3 at the lights, have to say he certainly was'nt smiling at the next set....
I've been thinking about this for a while as I usually like to keep to oem spec. But its too tempting. I've gotta have that black engine cover.
I think this is the one Ivan said was owned by Geof Willis, when he was with Honda F1.
Thanks Mark that makes me feel sooo much better.
Just to add my 2p worth. I recently met someone who bought a new RS4 after he'd spun his M3 in the rain (with his kids in the car and at...
The popularist opinion that it's a "hairdressers car" lulls you into thinking its like an XR3i Cab but actually it's a class act, particularly in S form.
Oi nothing wrong with XR3i Cab. I've got...
Really sad to read about this. What happened? Why the problem with Direct Line? Reason I ask is i'm hoping to drive to Monaco next year. Is there something I should be carefull of regards insurance.
I've heard NSX mentioned in several rap songs.
You're so subtle Simon:D
I may take you up on that. When I can get some time off.
I recently did a day of road and track (Bruntingthorpe) with Dave Bertie from Skills & Techniques Ltd. It was great we covered all the areas like car control and more, really got to know the limits...
Yes that is true. However we could argue that Senna's car had a heavier fuel load as there was no refueling then, and the cars ran full from the start.
But more interestingly sennas lap was in...
Impressive how a car with manual gears, no power steering & inferior aero package is just as quick as a car with paddleshift gears power steering and very sophisticated aero to name just three...
I believe the earlier oem Dunlops were 8050 and later ones 8070 neither are available now.
From memory I think it was issue 1
After all the issues I had fitting the gy eagle f1's. I decided to return to oem tyres. I did a LOT of phoning and searching on the net & I finally found some BS re040's at Two Mills Honda. Got them...
