Suspension bush related bolts and nuts were torqued under 1G.
Low speed test driving on the lift to confirm that no leakage of MTF or no noise from the rear end.

As parking brake cable was seized at both callipers, it had to be adjusted from scratch.
Will finalise the adjustment after the test driving session.

The famous noisy cabin temperature sensor.
With this amount of dust, can’t wait to wash the A/C evaporator as I’m quite sure there will be lots and lots of debris inside there.

Cleaned to this level and no more noise from there.

While the centre console was off and as I found bit strange behaviour at both condenser fan, decided to take a quick look at the CCU board.
No leakage at this stage but probably best to have it serviced in the future.
Will discuss about the strange behavour with the owner as it could be the cooling fan controller but also I found one loose connector at the front compartment.

In order to wash the A/C evaporator, removed the battery.
The posi terminal was showing some corrosion so cleaned it and will apply some grease after connecting the cable.

Started cleaning the evaporator and this photo was taken just after using the one shot of air gun.

So many things were in there…….

Part of the debris came out from there….

Most of them are already dropped to the garage floor.

I need to clean the garage again…..

Using the A/C cleaner.

While soaking the cleaner solution, created the DIY A/C filter.

In the process of blow drying.
After this, applied disinfectant liquid.
It will keep the A/C evapo clean for a while.
Recommended to clean and disinfect it at least once a year.

Not great photo but removed the rubber boot and checking the cause of rattle at the steering rack.
Confirmed that it was coming from inside of the EPS rack and not the rack end.
Hope I can bring the jig for EPS rack OH in the future.

There was no way I could carry out the test driving session, reset the ECU and then wash the car under the thunderstorm condition. Will carry them out tomorrow.

So, pretty much done.

Thank you for using my service and hope you can enjoy your NSX for many years,

Regards,
Kaz
