Due to the strong wind, my apple tree in the back garden broke down partially so had to deal with it with the chainsaw.

I think I’ll be working on some of the trees over this autumn….

Hope all of the pigeons left their nest.

Back to working on this NSX.

The missing wire brackets were delivered a while ago so they are now installed with new bolts at the TB covers.

The owner replaced the crank pulley by himself so it is re-used and torqued to the spec.

Last time when he visited my place, the balancer weight was already rattling inside the pulley......

Oil cooler is now back in place with the upper two bolts thread cleaned and then applied liquid gasket just before the installation.

Stopped here to check my finger’s sensitivity by cleaning and adjusting the A/C cabin temperature sensor.

It will require 0.1mm sensitivity to adjust the needle spindle holder to keep the light weight fan blade spinning freely yet stopping it from making noise.

I’m happy with the result so started to adjust the valve clearance from the Front bank.

In the mean time, I received another A/C CCU board and foot well Bose AMP for refurbishment.

I’m also expecting to receive one EPS controller for repair service as the owner was getting EPS Error code #22 and the unit part no. is indeed the famous -023 version.

Will be working on these electronics components in parallel to save some time for the testing process.

More to follow.
