The previous repairing attempt caused so much damages to the circuit tracks and pads.

The through hole is completely gone at several places.

Part of long tracks were missing but fortunately, they were on the control signal lines and not at the power side.

This was the reason why someone used the jumper wire.

I'll route them to the connector pins though.

Although someone replaced the relays with the high current capacity spec ones, there were no extra holes drilled on the circuit board that it was not using the full capacity.

After agreeing with the owner on the risk management, started the refurbishment.

Carefully modified the circuit board to create extra pads for the high current capacity relays.

Can't do much for the missing through hole so instead of using the track repair pen, will use the jumper wire.

Relays replaced, FET checked, cleaned the circuit board as much as possible.

Don't have enough bench system to draw such huge current so just basic testing and ready to be returned to the owner.

Happy to report that the owner is enjoying the EPS again and while there is very likely to be EPS rack related issue, at least he can now use his NSX in time for the special occasion.
