The actual AMP.

On the bench, the gain control was NG and very faint signal output.

There were green capacitors in use so very early spec circuit board.

Cleaned, repaired and replaced necessary parts, etc and back on the bench system.

With multimeter and oscilloscope, confirmed that the gain control was recovered and no abnormal noise on the signal process line.

Initial bench testing overnight.

Hot melting glue, conformal coating and thermal compound applied.

Another bench testing for half day before placing it back in the enclosure.

As reported earlier, started removing the door card for servicing the Door speaker AMP but then placed it back in preparation for the MOT.

However, looks like no booking available for this week so may as well start working on the door AMPs again and finish the partially flushed ABS.

Must take photo on the other NSX as I noticed small amount of water trapped on the roof panel after washing the car.
