I’m still cleaning the engine components even after spending hours on them.


And I haven’t even started the cleaning process on the cyl head side….

In the process of cleaning the cam holders and plates.

Once they are washed and residue of old liquid gasket removed, each oil jets will be inspected to make sure nothing is blocking them.

In the process of cleaning the camshaft and pulleys.


For this NSX, I had to spend more than 2Hrs to remove the melted potting from the CRK/CYL sensor on each gears of four cam pulleys.


What a time consuming task….

But, I'm happy with the result.

In the process of cleaning the valve covers as well as the TB mid covers.


Once they are done, degreased them and started to install the new gaskets on each covers.
