Have been working on another NSX as an emergency case for several weeks now but had to put priority on family illness so
only just found the time updating the blog today so here we go......

The owner was kind enough letting other owners taking their services ahead of his but it was no longer ideal for delaying some of the important services on his NSX.

Won't go into detail here but some of the summary report.

Comparing the paint markings on the brake master cyl, one body ABS and the CL master cyl,
I think the brake master cyl was never replaced.

CL master cyl looked suspicious (possibly replaced in the past) but it's already leaking so must be replaced again.

The base of the brake master cyl was dry but the way the paint of the brake booster cover was bubbling with the rust looked very suspicious and
based on what I saw on other NSX (leaky master cyl but seepage hole blocked by the rust), recommended replacing the master cyl this time.

There were lots of stain markings on the interior panels.

Looked like some sort of chemical was used in the past.

There was a hard object sitting behind the shift lever boot here.

May be someone installed tyrap in the wrong orientation???

The coolant colour was blue and the level was between max and min so that's a good sign although I found very old trace of coolant seepage
(but completely dry at the moment) at the bottom section of the radiator.

The wet marking on the rad fan shroud above is not from the coolant.

Over the last few months, at least 3 NSX experienced radiator failure or burst coolant hose so please consider replacing the radiator
in the future even at this low mileage or on this very late model.

This vacuum pipe (marked yellow) should be positioned at the green line…..

I hope the pipe is not cracked as it looks as if it was bent and forced into this shape......
