The Rear IG coils.
This is when the things started getting interesting......

So much rust at #3 cyl IG coil.
Soaked in water in the past.

Someone even replaced some of the IG coils in the past......


















As expected, so much rust at the #3 spark plug.
Also, the dark brown marking at the insulator body of all six plugs is not from the corona arching but it's the rust.

All three plugs at the rear bank (#1, 2, 3) were showing some level of corrosion at the fitting.















The centre terminal section was not so clean on all six plugs compared to other engine so seemed to be not good IG/Fuel at all six cyl.























The owner brought 3 x new Rear IG coil so that was a relief.
However, unfortunately, at least two of the new coils had their connector already cracked or damaged.
It's the primary side so unless soaked in the water, won't cause spark leakage so going to use them.
The provider is/was from US and already out of the business so the owner can't do anything.....

Also, the owner brought the new NGK spark plugs.
It was refreshing to see the spark plug in Honda package and all in English.
First time to see it.
