Intake manifold before/after.
Now back to how it should look like.
It was covered in full of blowby gas dark sticky oil.














TH body was simply, just so dirty.
Probably one of the worst that I have ever seen. Looked never cleaned before.

Once again, no option but to remove the idle air adjust screw to clean the bypass air passage and replace the screw.














As reported earlier, the thermostat housing was leaking the coolant and because of this, the gasket seating section was contaminated.
Carefully removed all of them and re-surfaced the area.













Although it looked fine from the top, when looked at from the side and felt with finger, there were already some rust at the cooling pipes so gently removed them.
