As reported a while ago, this engine was equipped with two Front spec IG coil covers.
Therefore, at the rear bank, the rubber seal was at the wrong side and allowing all sorts of water, debris, etc entering the IG coil section.

Received the correct Rear side rubber seal from Japan and installed it with tiny amount of liquid gasket.
Now this can be used as the Rear spec IG coil cover.

The brake master cyl didn’t show any traces of leakage but the booster case was very rusty so had to clean it a lot.

As always, I have no idea what has been done to the pushrod adjustment, it is a MUST process to check the pushrod clearance before installing the new brake master cyl.

For the brake master cyl, it is highly recommended to bench bleed it first because of its tandem twin pistons structure.

Pressure bleeding the brake system in two rounds with at least 1Hr in between.

CL master cyl is single piston design so as long as you can prime it, it’s fairly easy to bleed the air out of the CL Hyd system.
However, on this occasion, I installed the damper-less joint so felt it would be quicker using the pressure bleeding method.

Done.

Just need to adjust the parking brake, apply first coating of the silver paint on the NSX logo of the brake calliper and moving on to the cabin section.

I was aiming to return this NSX tomorrow but due to so many things to be looked after outside of the NSX services, had to apologise to the owner as I couldn't meet the target.
