Today at Atelier Kaz - ex-Honda R&D, F1, Indy/CART engineer

Checked the transistor and diode array and fortunately, they were not damaged but they lost so many connections so these had to be re-built.
Re-establishing the connection and strengthening the GND pad, tracks, etc by the use of hard wire, jumper, soldering bridge, etc.







At the end, I had to use 8 x hard wire, 4 x jumper and so many extra cleaning plus soldering bridges for the contaminated area.


The extra cost was just one short of the worst circuit board that I have ever dealt with but for the number of extra parts used, this one was the worst and the new record.




All caps replaced and ready for the conformal coating.




Using my NSX to go through several scenario testing including the Self Diagnosis and Function & Operation checks.




The board passed all the testing and ready to be returned to the owner.
