Modified the ABS Upgrade Loom from T3Tec in preparation for the installation.

Anyone who asked me to carry out the ABS upgrade or bought the ABS upgrade loom through me will receive the English version of installation manual that I created.
It’s my property so hope no one will distribute it without first asking me.

Pressure bleeding the brake system.
With the effect of PV, it's faster and saves the amount of fluid used by bleeding from the front side and not like the old textbook method of bleeding from the furthest corner from the brake master cyl.
With some of the latest production cars, you can't bleed the brake system without first putting the ABS in specific mode.

If you kept the old brake pipe connected to the master cyl in a specific way while installing the new pipes, you should be able to prevent the air from entering the master cyl.
This is extremely important when you are not going to bench bleed the master cyl.

Also, regardless of using the pressure bleeding or classic method of pressing on the brake pedal, don't open the bleeder plug too much.
If you study the structure of the master cyl and brake system components, you will understand that if you open the bleeder too much, you are going to cause cavitation like effect resulting in endless tiny bubbles appearing in the brake fluid while bleeding the air.

Depending on the stage of the bleeding, you should change the flow speed. Saves not only your time but also the amount of fluid used.

Unlike the classic ABS that has completely separated hyd line from the main brake system, the latest upgraded ABS modulator is part of the main brake hyd system so it shares the same brake fluid in the master cyl.
You will need to install 8 new brake pipes plus the PV so many new connections are made and thus, it’s extremely important to check for any leakage.

Kept the system under pressure for more than 1Hr and checked each fittings carefully.

While keeping the system under pressure, started the installation of the ABS upgrade loom.

As same as when I work inside the Eng bay while the Eng/Gbox assy is out of the way during the Eng Refresh, it always feel strange when working inside the front compartment under the bonnet with only your body part above the shoulder in there….

Much easier to route and secure the loom.

Hope to finish the installation today and start working on the door window refresh.
I can’t lower the left side door window even for a few mm if the door was shut…..
