As the owner is going to coat the valve covers, intake manifold centre cover, etc, I don’t need to clean the valve covers at this stage so going to leave them in dirty condition.




The bearing of the A/C idle pulley (a/c belt tension adjuster pully) was making squeaking noise so will replace just the bearing. I brought it from Japan so fairly cheap.




Some of the connector brackets were heavily corroded and had big time releasing them.
This one is for the secondary O2 sensors and couldn’t release the connectors without first removing the bracket from the TB mid cover.
Same issue at the A/C CL 1pin connector at the oil level gauge.

Hope I can order new one in time because the one in this photo is so corroded that the bracket was about to break.
