For some reason, accessing the Private Message (PM) area takes long-long time at the moment.


Visiting the NSXCB site as a guest seemed to be reasonably fast but once you are logged in, writing the Blog or posting in the Forum gets very slow but still, I can live with it.


However, for the PM, accessing even the empty Inbox, preview of the own message, etc are simply taking too long.


I have now disabled my PM feature until the access speed improves.


PM is very handy for a quick message but most of the owners contacting me are asking for technical support that requries long message and some attchment files.


Therefore, PM is not suitable for these purpose.


There is a limit on the number of text, you can't attach any files and if NSXCB site is down, both of us can no longer communicate each other.


PM is designed for other purpose.


You can send me an email through the drop down menu by clicking on my user name.


Please note that 'send email' option is only available after you have logged in.
