Installed the R speaker box and audio head unit back on the car and tested using CD, radio and cassette.

It's a night and day difference now.

Almost everyone listened to my audio setup using OEM system + iPod adaptor mentioned that the sound quality is good enough despite using the compressed MP3 format as the signal source.

As mentioned many times on here, when all of the audio parts are operating as they should be, for my ears, the audio quality is good enough considering the noise environment of driving a car.

For a quick usage, you can use bluetooth cassette adaptor (never used myself so not sure of the noise level) if you don't want extra cable using wired cassette adaptor like in old days.
Still, considering the cost, I would invest in iPod adaptor because you can use AUX input for the non-Apple devices and even bluetooth connection through this port.

Hope the owner will find the significant improvement of refurbished OEM audio system.
