Some of the points from the Health Check.....

ABS Error code #15 stored in the memory. It's for the open/short circuit of RR wheel speed sensor.
As there was no warning light during the test driving session and also when the owner arrived at my place after hours of driving, cleared it for the time being.
For your reference, with the latest ABS brain, you can't clear the error code by disconnecting the battery, pulling the fuse out or disconnecting the connector. You must use brake pedal and IG switch at specific timing and sequence to erase it.

About 2 years ago, when I looked at the A/C system, the gas was full.
However, I know the gas had to be re-charged recently so the system is leaking from somewhere as it's not right to loose the gas within 2 years.
For example, I only re-charged the gas just once on my NSX over the last 20 years.

It's not easy to show the reflection of the UV light without the yellow filter and also without disabling the camera flash but looks like it's leaking from the Low pressure valve.
Initially, I thought it was the spillage during the gas re-charge process but the marking was not spread everywhere and instead, more like dripped and like gradual leakage.
Very common leakage place as the valve structure is like the one on the tyre.
The cap still has its internal o-ring but enough pressure built up under there resulting in leakage.
Please replace the internal valve next time you have a chance.

FL sway link almost touching the damper body at full droop.

Not wet yet but please keep eye on the right bottom section of the radiator.
Super tiny trace of coolant marking observed.
As mentioned many times on here, radiator is a consumable parts and must be replaced at some point.

I didn't replace this air cleaner element as it was still clean when I worked on this NSX last time but now, it's fairly dirty and although you can still see through some of the LED light as in the photo, I think it's time to replace it.
It's white colour filter so very old spec or aftermarket copied one as OEM one changed its colour to green long-long time ago.

Long time ago, I replace the oil pan gasket as the owner was suffering from oil seepage. At that time, I didn't have new oil pan in stock.
When I looked at the oil pan this time, the seepage got worse and found out that someone tightened all of the bolts and nuts after I worked on it.
The seepage is now enough to make oil marking on the floor overnight.

As mentioned several times, personally, I don't recommend using the specified torque of 14Nm in the workshop manual. It's way too high for rubber gasket with aluminium pan and the structure of protlude notches around the bolt/nut holes.

If you over tighten them, you will deform the mating surface of the oil pan and cause even more seepage and that's what's happening with this oil pan.
I'm afraid you need to replace the oil pan to fix the issue and for this, you must remove the front header but being as NA2 spec, it will also require the removal of cross beam so fairly big job.
