Time for the time consuming dashboard alignment.

Each NSX is hand build and it causes noise issue from different position.

This NSX seems to be the very early model that even after removing/installing the dashboard more than 10 times, still makes small noise due to the yellow foam material scratching somewhere on the frame/panel and the edge of the dashboard making contact at the new defrost panel.


I'm getting used to this but today, I got so frustrated that decided to stop for the day as it was getting quite late.
Will repeat the process again tomorrow.


I was thinking about removing the CL master while the dashboard was out but it didn't look like it's going to help anything so decided to do it later.
