Ear plugs in, connected the battery and dis-arm the security siren.
As always, never over-tighten the cable terminal.
If done properly, you should see some gap like this.

After leaving the cooling system under vacuum for nearly 1Hr,
vacuum filled the system, hand cranked the engine followed by multiple
short bursts of cranking without INJ/IG.
Then, bit longer cranking.
Follow the manual for bleeding the air from the cooling system.

Time to enable the INJ and IG.
As we didn’t replace all of the coolant hoses and also the eng block was
drained compleltely, I’m quite sure there will be some air pockets so quick
30sec fire up to circulate the coolant through the heater system.

Another air bleeding before proper fireup.

For the composite gasket, I prefer heat cycling it a few times before
even thinking about touching the TH pedal.
So, another fire up to raise the temperature with loose tank cap and
cool it down over night.

Then, another fire up in the morning and let it to cool down before
another one in the afternoon.

I was aiming to return this NSX next Monday but I must spend lots of
time/mileage for the test driving session due to confirm the result of
head gasket service and it will be very gradual steps at each stage to
check the state of the engine before I can even go over 5,000rpm.

So, already informed the owner that I won’t be ready for Monday.

Still, the engine is already smooth and no exhaust leakage or
warning lights so finally, I’m starting to see the light at the end of
the tunnel.

Preparing the car for the test driving session and in parallel,
I’ll flush the classic ABS.
