TB installed in the original orientation and tensioned properly.
I wish I have three hands just for this procedure.........

By the way, I did notice that the timing marking at the back of the
rear exhaust cam pulley was about 180deg off compared to the one
at the front face. Not a problem as we use the key on the cam shaft body
and the marking at the front face.





As always, just check and check and check the cam and crank timing.



Time for the valve clearance adjustment.



I didn’t have to but as a pre-caution, triple checked the clearance at the
front bank as well.



Rear bank carefully adjusted and triple checked as well.







New valve cover gasket including the plug hole seal and
the metal/rubber combined washers.
