Eng Refresh 19

Decided not to drive my NSX today due to uncertain road condition with strong wind.
Some of the owners may not be able to see this due to out of power.
Please keep warm and safe.
Hope things will get back to normal very soon.

The plunger saddle at the release fork was completely dry.
One of the reason for causing the noise and heavy CL pedal feeling.

Applied high temp Urea grease and installed the CL slave cyl.

I saw several posts on the web claiming that CL slave can be replaced from the top.
While it can be removed and possibly installed from the top by removing the air box,
I prefer doing this from the bottom side by removing the shift cable as I want to
visually check the seating of square rubber dust cover around the slave cyl.
You don’t want oil and debris to get inside the CL case.

MT neutral switch re-connected.
As reported earlier, it was disconnected for some reason.....

New CL hose installed.

Eng back in place and upper side is almost ready for the fire up.

Just installing lots of other parts such as the shift cable, A/C compressor,
anti-roll bar, etc at the bottom side of the engine bay and replacing
rest of the coolant hoses on the chassis side.

Hope to fire up the engine very soon.

Great work as always Kaz. This will surely feel and drive like a different NSX for the fortunate recipient!
