As always, after the piston installation, double checking the smooth operation.
If you can't push in and out smoothly, there is a problem.

New bleeder screw.


Front side is done.








Some of the parts/grease for the rear calliper overhaul. Again, I use extra chemical/steps during the overhaul and they are know-how so won't show them here.

Extra steps required for the parking brake adjuster.




As in the previous post, the corrosion inside the rear callipers especially the RR side was terrible.
I have spare set with same calliper spec already refurbished so if required I can just swap them but ideally, I would like to re-use the owner's one.









This is the RL side.
Internal cyl bore was corroded and scratched but not too bad so at least, this side can be re-used.






Same test procedure with extra check for the parking brake adjuster.
Will be initialised at the time when adjusting the parking brake cable later.




Moving onto the RR side.
