The engine room and front compartment looked very dusty.

As I don’t want any dust to get inside while I’m working on the engine and brake system, decided to first wash down all these dust.

Before (left side) and After (right side) images.
The battery is just a temp spare as the owner told me that the existing one is dead so used this one to move the car...

Due to the digital camera's flash and being the silver car, not east to show the true state of the dust but it was really dirty...

Used the chemical that is safe on the plastic and rubber, specifically designed for this purpose.

After using the small brush, they are in much better condition.

Some of the parts such as coolant header tank, brake master cyl, etc are going to be replaced with new ones so no need to clean them thoroughly.

After the service, I’ll apply treatment spray to bring out the black in nice colour.

This NSX just had its MOT and at the same time, the wiper blades were replaced to the aftermarket ones.

You need to be very careful using aftermarket ones especially on the passenger side.

Depending on the height/design, you can easily scratch the back of the bonnet and most of the time, the owner won’t notice it.

This one was the same so although they were brand new one, I had to remove them.

The new JDM spec OEM ones were on back order until August but as I regularly replace mine, I had several used ones at my place so decided to give them to the owner.

If the owner wants to replace just the rubber in the future, being as JDM spec, please use 76622-SZ3-003.

This is the same one used for both the driver and passenger side. EACH GBP6.51+VAT

However, I normally just replace the entire blade assy with just a small extra cost.

Driver side: 76620-SL0-309 GBP9.16+VAT
Pass side : 76630-SL0-309 GBP9.16+VAT

It's going to be another busy month....
