  1. ABS Error code #13...

On the way back to my home tonight, I suddenly felt strange brake pedal kick back when I had to slow down just before the speed bump inside of my local village.

At the 2nd one, the ABS warning light showed up on my dash.

I was on dual carriage way for many miles and also lots of stop and go before arriving back to my area and never had any ABS issues until that point so I already knew it would be simple to diagnose.

I couldn’t update the owner through the Blog and also couldn’t copy all of the previous posts to the CD that will be handed to the owner on collection of his/her NSX.

I really need to look into the backup plan for the future.

Apology for the owner that I couldn't provide you with the same level of updates as other owners.

In the process of setting up another Blog as a backup method so hope it ...

  3. Test Driving Session, Washed the car and Final Inspection

Activated the ABS several times to trigger the ABS pump and repeated one more time.

Next time when the pump was triggered, it’s ready for the the ABS fluid level adjustment so you don’t want to trigger the ABS any more.

Noticed that someone already tried to alter the position of the CAT by modifying the rubber mount.

This method was noticed on several other areas.

New exh. gaskets and self locking nuts.

  5. CAT and Front Down Pipe 01

While waiting for the liquid gasket to cure, worked on the CAT heatshield for the noise issue.

It would have been easier if I just trimmed the small portion of the horizontal metal bar at the aftermarket diffuser to widen the gap in order to prevent the CAT from scratching against it.

However, I was worried about the long term strength/durability of the metal bar so decided not to do so and went for the more time consuming option.
