    In order to be as close as possible with the OEM rideheight, I'll set the C-ring at the upper perch.

    Using the lower perch will lower the rideheight about 25mm depending on the lever ratio.


    Because of using the new rubber parts, we can't carry out the alignment service immediately until the damper/spring ...

    Started the installation of Bilstein damper but I accidentally deleted all of the photos except one that I took on Monday.
    Fortunately, it's just the repeat of same procedures so not perfect but took similar photos again.


    Originally, we were talking about installing the BC Coilover kit with Swift spring upgrade.

    However, after discussing the rideheight requirement with the owner, it became clear that it has to be very close to the OEM

    After hours/days of adjustment and testing, finally, happy with the result so started placing the parts back in place.


    The dashboard sharp metal scratching against the key cyl area.
    Should be fine once the dash gauge installed and secured but as a prec-aution, applied felt wool.

    Time for the time consuming dashboard alignment.


    Each NSX is hand build and it causes noise issue from different position.

    While the seats are out, good opportunity to clean the carpet. I found several changes there.
    Someone already removed the seat in the past and instead of unlocking the cable tie, decided to chop off the fixing that the cable tie was doing nothing.
