Nothing new here and just a standard process for me.

'Main Relay' under 'Electronics' section of 'NSX Technical and Service Information Index 02'
The rear upper interior panel was not secured at all and turned out, it was missing two fasteners and the alignment pin.
At the end, I had to replace all three fasteners to the new ones.
Done.
