The old crank pulley bolt and the key served more than 17yrs now and although they were still fine, I think I will replace them with new ones this time.








So much easier to install the TB while the engine is out.
You must never let the TB to touch dirty area especially any traces of oil.

Another reason why it is so important to spend the time to clean the engine.









After tensioning the TB properly, started to install the surrounding parts back on the engine.








EGR pipe, port and valve together with the new gasket installed.

Soon, it is time for the marathon session of valve clearance adjustment.

Will be rotating the crank and cam shaft with my hand for a while and check the crank and cam shafts timing at lest 5 times to be 200% sure that the alignment is fine.
