Just re-assembling everything at the moment.
Photos are not in the specific order.
Both Front and Rear rocker/valve covers installed with liquid gasket applied at the No.1 and No.4 cam holder plate corner edges.
Crank pulley torqued to 245Nm.
Oil cooler assembled with liquid gasket on two out of three bolts.
ACG back in place and about to re-install the air pump pipes for the LEV.
Won’t be able to fire up the engine as I must allow several hours for the liquid gasket to cure but it won’t slow me down as I need to fill the coolant any way.
Should be able to fire up and compression check the engine tomorrow and carry out the test driving session before the Health check.

After warming up the engine, the belt tension for both the ACG and A/C will be re-adjusted.
However, as they are still new, it is recommended to have them re-checked in the near future as they expand a little especially in the hot weather (in UK??).
