Finally, happy with the cyl head cleaning.

The area around the black cam disc cap area should be cleaned to this level before degreasing it.
On assembly, no eyesore residue of excess liquid gasket please, especially the black one commonly used in UK..... I use clear type from one of the famous chemical company in Japan.

In order to prevent condensation and oxidation, coated the cleaned surface with fresh eng oil for now.
It will be wiped off and instead, that smelly blue assembly lube will be used considering the recent temperature difference between day/night and moisture in the air.

I was hoping to have the valve covers swapped with another later spec red set freshly coated but it didn't happen so spoke with the owner and do it on the next occasion. So, for now, they will go back on the engine without any re-coating process. Spent another long time cleaning the super dirty blowby oil mist.

I'll never meet the time limit if I keep spending long hours cleaning the engine parts.......

Time to reassemble the cam holders, holder plates, cam shaft, crk/cyl sensor, etc.

I need to finish the Christmas card and set up the tree.... I'm behind for the preparation this year as originally, I was thinking of spending the time back in Japan with my boss but it's not going to happen....
Keep working on the car and gadgets.....
