Pin hole damage at the RR upper ball joint boot.

Grease is leaking but no play at the ball joint and considering how difficult it is to separate this joint,
not worth replacing the boot at this stage.
May try applying sealant later.

Rear bank exh manifold showing small crack where the flex joint starts and it's actually leaking.
Better consider getting the aftermarket header in the near future.

The owner bought nice looking carbon finish rear spoiler (Downforce) and wanted me to wire the 3rd brake light.

For some reason, there was no blanking grommet installed on the boot lid.
Also, the sponge cushions were missing so some scratch markings observed at the mating surface.

This is not good as the water can enter the boot every time when you wash your car or drive in the wet condition.

As this was requested at the time when the owner brought his NSX to my place, immediately ordered the OEM cables from Japan
but one of them is on back order (the one runs through the boot lid) with no delivery info so not sure I can get it in time.

The end of the 3rd brake light wires were fitted with just plain spade terminal.
The OEM one is the Sumitomo WPC one close to the LED and the other end is non-WPC one (forgot the model name).
I will see what I can do here as I don't want to just use aftermarket connectors.

As expected, having lots of fun removing the drive shafts.....

First, the spindle nut was completely seized and even using 1” tools with my full body weight, it just didn't want to move.
Didn't want to take the car to HGV tyre place or the race team for the 1” impact gun so gave another try and finally, both came off.
I need to put more weight....

By the way, some of the locking tabs at the wheel centre cap are already damaged and missing......
Not flying away yet as it's at the centre of the rotational force.....

The joint spline is heavily stuck in the hub and not moving even under massive pressure from the hydraulic puller.....

I'm going to leave it for a few days with ATF/Accetone although it's located at horizontal place that not great for the penetration....
I may need to drive the car and warm the area first before attempting the removal.
For now, I'll move onto other service menu.

Challenge continues....
