V-bank coolant pipe back in place.
Used to look like this.








As always, there were lots of corrosion on the coolant pipes at the
water passage so removed them to this level.
Didn’t want to go any further as it could cause new issues if I made them
too thin.




Thermostat housing was in very poor condition.
Lots of oxidation and even small leakage was found.
Re-conditioned it to this level.












Installing the TB.
As mentioned many times on this site, just check the timing alignment many times.
