Some sort of debris baked into the surface of the IG coil cover.
Had to carefully polish it out.
New rubber seal installed and silicone grease will be applied later.
The new design TB lower cover and the expensive rubber gasket installed.
Thick insulator between the TH body and intake manifold cleaned.
TH body also washed.
From the locking paint at the idle adjust screw, looks like it was never touched
so interesting to see where the idle rpm settles after the service.
