    Due to other projects being very busy, couldn’t spend much time on my NSX but now back in the garage again.




    Oil Pan removed and if you have the replacement o-ring, you can also remove the oil screen/strainer to completely take off the baffle plate.

    Finally, all of the electrical components were back in place on my NSX so managed to re-connect the battery.

    Although I can’t start the engine yet, decided to check the two CCU boards.

    Eng is back on the chassis.

    Not much to say because it’s just the matter of lots and lots of wrenching putting everything back in place.

    Just kept all four eng/trans mount and twelve rear sub frame bolts loose as I still need to remove the Front beam to re-install the A/C compressor as well as to remove

    Time to work on the other board.
    This one required lots of time for the service work.




    Used so many hard wires to re-create the missing tracks and pads.
    It’s not easy to imagine the actual size from this photo but just for this area, there are three hard wires used. The diameter is in the order of 0.5mm.
