    Managed to go out for the test driving session for the
    first time after replacing the radiator.

    I don’t know what’s happening with the weather
    over the last few years.....

    Last year, we managed to do BBQ in late March early April
    and then just wet weather to follow.

    This year, we are still getting snow......


    Any way back to the service.

    For this NSX, I on purposely didn’t carry

  2. Engine Health Check, compression, etc

    At the time of annual service, I recommend the owner to
    carry out the compression check.
    This will at least confirm the condition of the upper part of
    your engine and by building up the compression history,
    you may be able to spot the sign of issue.

    It will also help if you keep monitoring the fuel mileage
    every time when you fill up your tank.

  3. Cooling Sys 03, crank pulley, etc

    Vacuum leak check of the cooling system.

    Left it under vacuum for 45min and the needle didn’t move at all
    so happy with the result.

    Filled the system with Honda Type-2 coolant that is blue.
    The manual says this Type 2 coolant is good for 5 years but
    based on what I saw (small rust) on several WP,

  4. Final Touch 02

    Carried out the test driving session.

    It was fairly cool so not too bad when driving with CCU setup at 32degC.
    Will adjust the coolant level tomorrow morning.


    Exercised the ABS several times until the ABS pump was activated
    in order to pressurise the accumulator to the spec and
    to adjust the fluid level afterwards.


    Brake back to how it should be.
