    Before removing the TB, measured the existing valve clearance.

    Out of 24 adjustments, only 7 of them were within the spec. Rest of them were all too wide.

    Apart from one of the inlet valve, remaining three adjustments were just a bit too wide at #3cyl so all valve stems were fine.

    Looks better now although the potting will melt again.




    Cam pulleys torqued carefully.
