    A while ago, another owner contacted me after triggering the EPS warning light.

    He contacted me previously but at that time, he managed to fix it by using another EPS controller or replacing the internal relays by someone.

    Unfortunately, the issue came back and despite trying his own refurbished spare unit, the warning light was still there so call for the help.

    The relay contacts were severely burnt and I had a feeling that this won't be the only issue.

    The commutator on the EPS rack could be covered in black fretting and causing extra resistance or quite often, the rack boot got split allowing moisture to enter resulting in severe rust.

    This is from last month but been super busy since before Christmas so updating the blog just now…..

    No Christmas party or New Year celebration so just kept working throughout the holiday season….

    Another owner contacted me for the EPS Controller service and received the unit from one of the Honda dealer.

  5. Cooling Sys, Health Check, etc 24

    The car sat inside my garage for over 5 months and no one visited my place so if any virus, that will be from me.

    The car will be washed and the cabin disinfected before returning to the owner but as a pre-caution, worn face mask while removing the door cards, etc.

    It is my own policy not to stay inside the cabin unless the car sat in the garage long-long time with all doors/windows opened or
