Interesting that Kaz recently stated the auto was a good drive - if you know how.
I wouldn't mind trying one, just for comparo's sake.
I tend to agree with LJKS on a lot of stuff and he was an auto fan.
If you drive one correctly (after all, if one cannot drive an auto correctly, what hope has one for a manual?) with one foot on each pedal & one finger on the selector switch, it ought to be smooth & fast. Especially since the NSX has TC lock-up on third & fourth, so throttle-steer is still there, it ought to drive very well, if not as aggressively as the manual box.
PS - if you're trying left-foot braking for the first time, remember that leg is trained for the clutch which is much heavier & you'll probably end up on the windscreen. It takes practice to squeeze the brake with one's toe, as one does with the other foot!

“I find myself irresistibly attracted to cars that nobody else buys. The NSX is a classic of the genre because nobody buys it and yet it’s a fantastic car. It’s got a wonderful compactness and simplicity and unpretentiousness to it. Honda rudely continues to make them whether we like it or not, even though there can be no commercial logic in doing so — I thoroughly admire that.” Rowan Atkinson
