You'll find it under the options icon on the home page, something like 'Run in 3D mode'. Simples.

...No, look in the game's home page, just wade through the hardware settings and you should see it...

One could argue that pitching the NSX into a corner, lifting off sharply, reapplying the power, winding off enough lock to keep the car in a steady drift with one hand while waving to the ladies with another could have different outcomes on the console compared to real life!!
